Dear Valued Customers:
First, we want to wish you good health and safety for you and your family during this challenging season. We are thankful for the Boone County community and the compassion you’ve shown to neighbors and friends. We’re also thankful for the continued trust you’ve had in Boone County Lumber.
Like other Columbia businesses, Boone County Lumber is making temporary changes to the way we do business. In order to keep our community, customers, and our employees as safe and healthy as possible, we will be following the national guidelines set out by the Centers For Disease Control (CDC). According to the CDC, COVID-19 is most easily spread from person-to-person. Therefore, we will be limiting access to the Boone County Lumber showroom.
Placing orders:
- Please call ahead (573-449-1251) and place your order by phone.
- If you are a Boone County Lumber account holder, your order will be directly charged to your account.
- If you’re not a current account holder, we’ll place your order with a credit card.
Order Pickup and Deliveries:
- If you wish to pick up your completed order, please do not come to the store until you have been notified that your order is ready. We ask that you park on the west side of the store, call 573-449-1251 and a team member will load your order. Please remain in your vehicle until we are finished loading.
- It is ok to order materials on a “drive-by” basis. Upon arrival, call us with your needs and we will gather and load them while you wait in your vehicle. We will do our best to get you back to your jobsite as soon as possible, but please know this will take a little time (depending on your needs).
- For all orders (charged on account or credit card), we can deliver your materials and there will be no charge for this service. Our team members will take all necessary precautions prior to delivery. We will deliver and unload your order without any physical contact to keep everyone as safe as possible.
At this time, no other aspects of Boone County Lumber’s operations will change. Our hours will remain the same and we will continue to offer the same quality of products you’ve come to expect from us. Although COVID-19 may have slowed us down a bit, it will not stop us from serving you. We value each and every one of you and resolve to keep moving forward. Together, we’ll continue to build a better, stronger community.
As always, Boone County Lumber will continue
